Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website

Sein Gay Har intends to provide this online service and delivery of goods (hereinafter called the "Service") to individuals.

This Service is only available in certain areas. SGH reserves the right not to provide the Service to any customers residing outside the area of Service.

Only people at the age of 18 and over who consent to the Terms and Conditions and Online Purchase Conditions, who give approval for their data to be processed and who duly register can use the Service. Users/Customers are required to keep any passwords that are created during registration process secret and not disclose to anyone else. You bear full liability for all actions taken from your account. Sein Gay Har will not be responsible for any damage that is incurred as a result of your password being disclosed or misued by a third party.

The prices of goods given on the website are only approximate. SGH will offer you a fixed price of goods during the order confirmation phone call and in the receipt/sale and purchase document upon the time the goods so ordered are delivered to you at the place of delivery you have given to SGH. A contract between you and SGH is only concluded once you agree to accept the goods and the fixed price so offered by SGH. The availability of the goods depends on SGH's stock and SGH does not guarantee the availability of goods displayed on the website. SGH may offer you a substitute or replacement product which you may accept or reject during the order-confirmation process.

The contents of this Website are the sole property of Sein Gay Har and may not be copied, reproduced or used for any commercial purposes without the consent of Sein Gay Har. You may not use the Sein Gay Har trademark or any other trademarks of Sein Gay Har without the consent of Sein Gay Har.

Sein Gay Har reserves the rights to cancel or suspend any user accounts at the Website immediately upon discovery of any breach to the stated terms and conditions or fraudulent/unlawful activity connected with the suspected user accounts.

Sein Gay Har may use your personal information for opinion and market research. Your details are anonymous and will only be used for statistical purposes. You can choose to opt out of this at any time. Any answers to surveys or opinion polls we may ask you to complete will not be forwarded on to third parties. Disclosing your email address is only necessary if you would like

to take part in competitions. We save the answers to our surveys separately from your email address.

Delivery, Payment, Return & Refund

Delivery:

·      Delivery will be made to the address specified by you.

·      Delivery times will be agreed with you during the order-confirmation process.

·      The products ordered will be delivered to the main entrance or ground floor of the specified address.  Our staff may carry your products to the upper levels of apartment floors or into your home if requested by you.  However, our staffs have the rights to only deliver to the main entrance (ground floor) in any cases. 

·      Please note that we deliver goods only to specified townships within Yangon. Please see a list of townships that we deliver to in below.

·      We will deliver within 48 hours to downtown areas and for other townships; estimated delivery time would be 72 hours.

·      All goods must be signed for by an individual aged 18 years or over. If there is no one able to receive the ordered products, or if the specified delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, an additional delivery charge may be incurred for delivering the products at another time.

·      We will try our best to deliver the products at the agreed time and date, however, we will not be liable if we fail to deliver the products at such time due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, traffic and etc…).

·      For Cash on Delivery payments, please make payments only in Myanmar Kyats (MMK) to our staff at the time of delivery.

*Please note that: We will only deliver to the Express Bus Station specified by you for your order and you will be charged for the delivery fees by the Express Bus.  All orders will be packaged and delivered in a safe manner to the specified Bus Station.  We will not be liable for any damages to the ordered products incurred by the Express Bus during delivery.

All orders must be fully pre-paid before the delivery of the products to other parts of Myanmar. 

Payment:

·      We currently accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer (online/offline), CB Pay, Wavemoney.

·      We only accept in Myanmar Kyats.

We offer a variety of payment methods so that you can choose what is best for you!

Return & Refund

·      You may return a product at the time of delivery if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or incorrect/incomplete product.

·      The cost of the returned product will be deducted from the total amount due for your order at the time of delivery.

·      Please note that, in all the cases, we reserve the right to not accept returns or refunds of the products after order has been accepted by you.  However, in certain circumstances, we may accept the return within 7 days of delivery provided that the product in question is under following conditions.  The product must be unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.  Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.  The product must include the original labels, original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.  The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
